The pilot

The BidMettle founding pilot is a limited, no-charge evaluation service for selected UK suppliers. Joining the list does not guarantee acceptance, a minimum number of matches or continued availability.

What you receive

If accepted, BidMettle uses the profile you provide to screen supported official procurement sources and may send concise opportunity and eligibility briefs during the pilot period.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate business information, protect any delivery link and independently review the complete official notice and procurement documents. You remain responsible for eligibility checks, commercial decisions, deadlines, clarifications and submissions.

Decision-support limitation

Scores and recommendations are automated decision support, not legal, financial or procurement advice. A match may be incomplete, changed, duplicated or unavailable. BidMettle does not guarantee eligibility, tender success, revenue or uninterrupted delivery.

Feedback

We may ask whether a brief was relevant or saved time. Feedback is optional. We will not publish your name, logo, testimonial or results without separate permission.

Ending participation

You or BidMettle may end pilot participation at any time. There is no cancellation fee. Paid service will never start automatically; any later subscription requires separate, clear agreement and payment authorisation.

The contracting authority’s notice and procurement documents always take priority over a BidMettle brief.
